If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your home, we offer a straightforward return process. Items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully repack the item in its original box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
