The Spoke Icon fountain pen strives to offer unparalleled customization. Our Concave Grip style provides a popular 'curved inward' profile. The concave is our 'narrowest' Grip, transitioning from outward diameters of 10.8mm down to 9.2mm at the center.
Icon grips are threaded externally to mate with Icon Barrels and are threaded internally to accept #6 sized Jowo nib/feeds (not included).
Concave grips are available as follows:
1) Machined Aluminum available in bare proto aluminum and anodized finishes. Grooved aluminum grips weigh 2.6g
2) Machined Titanium available in matte sandblasted and semi-shiny machined finishes. Titanium grips weigh 4.3g which provides a bit more weight towards the tip versus the aluminum.
3) Machined Brass (lead free) in a shiny finish. Brass grips provide the most forward weighting at 8.1g
